Donna has been involved in the arts for most of her life, coming from an artistic family she flourished in the performing arts throughout her youth then moved into visual arts professionally in the 1980s. Beginning in oils she moved into watercolour pencils then pastels. Once Donna discovered Matisse Acrylics she powered forward in her craft travel teaching both in Australia and overseas. Donna has had over 160 articles published with Australian Fine Art and Decorative Painting magazine, Australian Artist Palette and Handmade magazines. Drawing on her theatrical experiences and a fertile imagination Donna is constantly creating new ideas from clowns to mystical, Aussie life to childrens art. Donna paints for galleries, art shows and commissions.
