I am an Australian established visual artist with many exhibitions of my paintings and drawings and sculpture over the past 25 years in Australia and overseas. I have won awards and been selected for prestigious exhibitions such as the Florence Biennale and regional Government exhibitions. My work is in Government , corporate and private collections. I have travelled extensively throughout Australia and overseas and have had many exhibitions of images from Europe, Pacific Islands, Papua new Guinea and northern Australia. My studio is at Noosa North Shore where I continue to paint the wonderful landscapes and trees surrounding my studio. I have always drawn figures from life and believe that the study of the human form is essential for all artists to learn about form and feeling. My strong artistic influences have been Matisse and Redon. other influences have been the wonderful people of the Pacific Islands - especially the mothers and children I have met on my many journeys. I have recently published 2 quality books of my figurative drawings and paintings "Love Falls in Love with Love' and Of Loving and Sensualities' available from leading bookstores and on line from Amazon, Barnes and Noble and Fishpond etc.
