In this painting, I wanted to illustrate that Manhattan isn't just a great cluster of skyscrapers. It also has delightful leafy neighbourhoods where ordinary, friendly people live out their lives in peace and harmony. It is No.8 in my 'Manhattan Memories' series comprising 15 paintings. It is painted on stretched canvas and unfraned. The dimentions are 355mm x 712mm.
